When will I receive my order?

With 1-5 business days depending on how out lying your area is

When will you collect my return?

As soon as we have established it meets our policy and have come t an agreement within policy terms

I am still waiting on my refund.

Refunds take 10-14 business days once item has been received and or refund order has been approved. This is dependant on your bank & done handled between Payfast & your bank. We usually process refunds either Thursday late evening or Friday mornings

Can I collect my order at you’re storage facility / offices?

I want to cancel my order.

If your order has been shipped from our storage facility & been fully processed, we will not be able to cancel it. If your order has not yet been shipped from our store facility or yet been fully processed, we will be able to cancel your order and begin processing your refund

What if I place and order during the lockdown period?

We will still be taking orders over this period, and are allowed to operate as per normal.
